5 Reasons Why I Love Countryside

1. My investment is safe. Check out the INVESTMENT tab (above) and view the chart that shows just how safe investing in Countryside is.  When it comes to Real Estate, it is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.  Countryside  definitely has LOCATION.  Plus, your kids can ride their bikes to Walgreens or to get ice cream without crossing any major roadways.
2. I love the trees and the topography of Countryside.  It is really beautiful.
3. Countryside is a real community.  It has stability.  Many of the homeowner’s have lived here since the homes were first built.  The neighbors are friendly and look out after each other.  It’s not unusual to find your newspaper on your doorstep that a neighbor has picked up from your driveway and set it there for you or to find your recycle bin has been pulled up from the curb.  That’s the kind of considerate neighbors we have in Countryside.
4. We walk our dogs, ride our bikes, go for a morning jog in Countryside.

Many families have extended family that live in Countryside as well.  This is possible because Countryside has homes ranging in size from just over 1,600 square feet (garden homes) to single family, over 3,000 square feet.  There are homes that fit everyone’s needs.  Consequently, since the neighborhood is so great and the location is so good, quite often when a homeowner’s needs do change they do not leave the neighborhood, they just move to another house within.  We love Countryside and you will too. . .
